Geneva® Rootstocks Brand Identity Launch

Objective

Develop and launch a distinctive brand identity for Geneva® Rootstock that resonates with its target audience, differentiates it in the marketplace, and lays a solid foundation for its marketing and promotional activities.

Problem

  • Geneva® Rootstock's name had been copyrighted but remained unlaunched, missing critical opportunities for market engagement.

  • Despite its uniqueness and potential, the brand's identity was not being leveraged to connect with its target audience.

Solution

  • I created the Geneva® Rootstock's brand identity, focusing on articulating a brand statement, tone of voice, color palette, typography, and slogan.

  • I coordinated closely with a third-party graphic design studio, facilitating meetings to convey the brand vision and objectives, filling briefs, and ensuring that our efforts were aligned with the brand's identity.

  • I worked hand-in-hand with the design team and our internal stakeholders to refine and agree upon a final version that truly represented Geneva® Rootstock’s identity.

  • With the brand identity established, I created marketing materials, including a roll-up banner, brochure, and branded goodies for the upcoming brand launch.

  • I coordinated Geneva® Rootstock's social media posting and secured an article placement in the Chronicle to generate buzz, engage with our audience, and introduce the brand to the market.

Kèex Café re-launch

Objective

Re-launch of Kèex café within a fitness center in Queretaro, México, aiming to introduce a revamped menu and new offerings to better cater to the health-conscious clientele frequenting the location.

Problem

Located inside a fitness center, Kèex café initially failed to meet its clientele's needs due to a lack of healthy food options. Customer feedback highlighted dissatisfaction, particularly with the absence of suitable meal choices before and after workouts. The café temporarily closed for two weeks to overhaul its menu, incorporating offerings such as protein shakes, fruit bowls, and protein bowls.

Solution

  • Logo Redesign: The original logo was retained for brand continuity, but the term "café" was added to more accurately represent the business.

  • Graphic Design: A comprehensive graphic line was developed, including the creation of 11 posters (30x40 inches), a menu poster (65x30 inches), and a flyer (5.5x8.5 inches), aligning with the café's new health-focused theme.

  • Production Coordination: All designed materials, along with the printing specifications, were sent to the client, enabling local production in Mexico to ensure fidelity to the envisioned aesthetic.

Achievement

This project culminated in a more cohesive brand identity for Kèex café, effectively showcasing its revised focus on healthy, appealing options for fitness center patrons. The updated branding and targeted graphic materials played a pivotal role in the café's successful re-launch, resonating with the intended audience and addressing previous menu shortcomings.
