Event Planning
I have worked closely with planning teams, undertaking key decision-making tasks during the event planning phase. My role encompasses everything from logistics to promotion, ensuring that each detail aligns with your brand and engages your audience. Additionally, I collaborate with professional event planners to achieve our goals, guaranteeing the highest level of execution and impact for your events.
Event competencies:
Brainstorm and implement event concepts and themes.
Prepare event budgets and process invoices.
Research and book venues.
Organize suppliers, caterers, staff, and entertainment.
Coordinate all logistical elements of the event.
Manage the set-up, tear-down, and clean-up operations.
Anticipate attendee needs and make preparations against potential risks.
Serve as a photographer during the event.
Develop post-event reports on the effectiveness of each event.

For two consecutive years, I served on the organization committee for Standing InnOvation, an event attended by 100+ faculty and innovators at the University of Florida. I was also in charge of photography and social media posting during the events.

I have represented brands by tabling during events successfully educating attendees about several initiatives.
